P90x is a great workout for mixed martial arts fighters. MMA can arguably be the most intense sport there is, fighters need to have superior strength and endurance to any other athletes in any other sports. A typical MMA fight is 3, 5 minute grueling rounds of torture for both opponents, this is why MMA fighter need to be in the best shape of their lives before stepping into the cage. What is a Beachbody Coach? I get asked this question all the time. I think maybe the word Coach confuses or misleads people. Friends, family, and coworkers will start to take notice of your change in appearance and ask what you have been doing different.

Once those 2 customers become Coaches, you’ll then have Emerald status and can start taking advantage of the free customers that Beachbody will be placing in your business. The second thing you want to do is pick a Beachbody workout, I’d recommend P90x or Insanity. Do the workout, follow all the instructions very closely and blog about your workouts. Blog daily about the days’ workout and what you had to eat, how you’re feeling, anything you feel compelled to say. These popular products are searched for a ton of times and after a while your blog will start to get hits from people interested in your workouts. P90x alone is searched for over 2 million times a month, so there is huge potential to receive tons of website traffic to blogs realated to P90x.  Your website visitors will see your results and want to buy the product. You’ll have links on your blog to your Beachbody store and whenever you make a sale you will get a commission. The blogging about your workout approach has been the best way I’ve seen to get your Beachbody business growing. Many successful Beachbody Coaches started out simply by blogging about there workouts. It takes  a little time and effort, but remember that your blog will be up on internet, for the whole world to see, forever and ever.

Beachbody has several different 90 day workouts that are all great. Choosing one will depend on the individuals current fitness level. Many people get the names mixed and usually 3 different workout are lumped into one and called the P90 Workout. I’ve had many people ask me what is this P90 Workout all about.
