When I Think About Shakeology

Here is a great article on Shakeology from the Beachbody Coach newsletter that I wanted to share. It was written by Katy Gillis.

When I Think about Shakeology® . . .

By  Katy Gillis

ShakeologyWhen I think about Shakeology, I think “Results.”

In the five months I’ve been sharing it, I’ve been bombarded with testimonies from satisfied Coaches and customers on the awesome results they’ve achieved. Of course, individual results may vary, but I have heard some incredible stories: migraines disappearing, waistlines shrinking, aches and pains ceasing, breathing becoming clearer. They haven’t been sick since starting, have increased energy* . . . The list goes on!

I like the feeling of knowing that I have helped someone become healthier. It is clear to me that every time I share Shakeology, it is the chance to help someone change his or her life. This is one wonderful career choice I have made! I have a passion for helping people become the best they can be!

I am a huge supporter of the entire Game Plan, but let’s focus on #2: be a product of the product.

My own personal testimony has appeal because most people are interested in knowing what the person standing in front of them is doing . . . They can feel the passion and the real energy vibes; they KNOW if someone is indeed experiencing results!

Plus, you might as well become a Shakeologer and tap into the very best meal replacement available! You’ll reach a higher level of health from the inside out. Without Shakeology, physical fitness is like trying to clean a dirty pot’s outside area, but leaving the grime and buildup on the inside. Ahhh, no one will notice . . . slap a lid on it and BOOM: clean pot! But we all know that pot is gross inside! Let’s clean our insides, people. Let yourself SHINE with a healthy body from the inside out.

(By the way, I love giving this analogy at Team Beachbody® Briefings. I even have a picture of a really gross pot in hi-def!)

After the pot parable, I share my own thoughts about how Shakeology has helped me and my family with a prospect. I always follow up with a 3rd Party Tool. This way, they can have full access to all the information they need, tied up in a pretty package! My personal theory is: “Passion sets the stage; 3rd Party Tools seal the deal.”

I also think of Shakeology with “results” in mind because of the tremendous growth Shakeology-sharing has given my business and Team. At our last Team Beachbody® Briefing, most of the questions asked by the prospective Coaches were about how Shakeology could help them personally.

Being able to purchase our monthly supply of Shakeology at wholesale, and of course become active right away, are two huge benefits of the Team Beachbody Business Opportunity. Four of my Personally Sponsored Coaches, who started their coaching business with this as their motivator, are all actively growing their business. One of those Coaches reached Emerald in just one week from her start date because she told people she was starting Shakeology.

Shakeology is like a diamond, with many facets, and, thanks to our Team Beachbody marketing department, lots of sparkle! I have a premonition that it will be on everyone’s counter at one point, and I am honored to be a part of sharing it!

Cheers to 2010 and helping the world get healthy and fit . . . from the inside out.

Recently Brett Hoebel, the creator of Beachbody’s hit DVD workout series RevAbs was on CBS in San Antonio with Bridget Smith promoting his workout DVD program and also showing the viewers how then can get in great shape  at home on a budget. Brett goes over some exercise that can be done at home with only a few essential fitness items. For these exercise moves all that is needed are some dumbbells, a yoga mat, and a resistance band. Brett is emphasizing how to get a body of a celebrity without breaking the bank.

Brett goes over a few different types of lunges, an exercise that can be great for anyone at any fitness level. He then goes into what is called a renegade row, which is a combination of a push up and a dumbbell row. There is also a variation of this move that can be done by beginners, they would do it from there knees instead of their toes. The RevAbs workout is a total body workout that focuses on the abs. This means that your working your entire body, but the moves you’re doing will also help you get great abs and a strong core.

Pink Talks About P90x On Oprah

Pink Uses P90xMusic pop star Pink  will be appearing on the Oprah Winfrey show today. She will be performing and rumor has it that she will be bringing up P90x and how he used it to get in such good shape. Pink is not a paid endorser for P90x, she is just someone who uses it, had great results, and now speaks very highly of it. My guess is that Oprah asks Pink what she did to get in such great shape, and Pink replies with “P90x”. Again, this is just my guess, we’ll have to wait and see.

Either way, I’ll be tuning in to see Pink’s performance on Oprah. After her performance a few nights ago at the Grammy’s, I wonder what Pink will do for the Oprah show.

Update on Pink’s Appearance On Oprah:

I just watched Pink’s interview on Oprah, it was really good. Pink did mention P90x. Pink said that P90x is really tough and that she gets bulky and muscular while doing it. Pink also mentioned that she sometimes has to mute the P90x DVD because Tony Horton, the creator of P90x, who instructs in the DVDs can get to be a little annoying. In Tony’s defense, he just trying to be motivating, but I still found Pink’s comment about Tony funny.

See My Beachbody Coach Earnings Part 2

Usually the first question I’m asked about the Beachbody home business opportunity is, “how much money are you making as a Beachbody Coach?”. A few months ago I wrote a post titled; See My Beachbody Business Business Earning, where I scanned 4 of my checks from Beachbody to show proof of how much money I was actually making. I was definitely not bragging, one of the checks for the week was only $17, clearly nothing to brag about or get excited over. I just wanted to show the actual checks. A lot of these internet people make outrageous claims of how they made $40,000 in 10 days and crazy stuff like that. Those programs that tell you you’ll make $5000 your first month are full of crap, it will never happen.  I will honestly tell you that you will probably not make any money with Beachbody your first month, and maybe not even your second month. I didn’t receive a check until my 3rd month. Don’t get me wrong, some people do great from the start, but it’s likely you’ll start slow and grow, which is what I am doing.

In my blog post a few months ago I showed that I was making on average about $300 a month. What is great about this is that the income continues to grow. Beachbody is placing customers in my business almost on a daily basis, which means my orders are increasing, and more importantly, my commissions. I’ve written about how Beachbody gives us customers in earlier posts, to find out more about this…click here.

I’m excited to show the progress I’ve made in just a few months. The total amount paid to me from Beachbody in January was just under $700. I’ve more than doubled what I was making in just a few months. Think of what you could do or pay off with an extra $700 a month. And the great thing is that I know this will only continue to grow, with Beachbody eventually being my full time income source. If I’m able to make this by only dedicating a few hours  a week for posting to this website, returning emails, and occasionally taking or making a few phone calls, imagine if I worked at it full time. Another great thing is that I’ve never had to ship a product, I’ve never had to bill a customer, Beachbody does all of that for me. I love waking up in the morning and immediately logging in to my Beachbody back office to see how many sales I’ve made overnight, sometimes it’s none, but sometimes its 2 or 3. Sell 3 P90xs and that makes you $90 in commissions, while you were asleep.

Key Points To Think About:

  • Beachbody products are not sold in stores. If someone wants it, they either have to call or buy it online from a Beachbody Coach
  • Beachbody gives us free customers, you’ll have to qualify for this, but it’s real easy to do
  • Great products that even celebrities and professional athletes are raving about
