Recently Brett Hoebel, the creator of Beachbody’s hit DVD workout series RevAbs was on CBS in San Antonio with Bridget Smith promoting his workout DVD program and also showing the viewers how then can get in great shape  at home on a budget. Brett goes over some exercise that can be done at home with only a few essential fitness items. For these exercise moves all that is needed are some dumbbells, a yoga mat, and a resistance band. Brett is emphasizing how to get a body of a celebrity without breaking the bank.

Brett goes over a few different types of lunges, an exercise that can be great for anyone at any fitness level. He then goes into what is called a renegade row, which is a combination of a push up and a dumbbell row. There is also a variation of this move that can be done by beginners, they would do it from there knees instead of their toes. The RevAbs workout is a total body workout that focuses on the abs. This means that your working your entire body, but the moves you’re doing will also help you get great abs and a strong core.
