So today was my first day of the Body Beast 90 day workout program, and my chest and arms are still on fire as I type this. Day one of Body Beast calls for the Build: Chest/Tris workout. As you’ve probably assumed for the title, this workout targets the chest and triceps. This workout involved a lot of dumbbell press types moves, a few different variations of push ups, tricep extensions, and chair dips. Overall it was a great workout, I definitely feel like my muscles got a great workout.

Because I just received the program in the mail today, I haven’t had time to go through the nutrition plan, although I know that the nutrition plan is important and a huge factor in getting results.

I ordered the Body Beast “Beast Stack package”, and it came with 4 supplements, creatine, a recovery drink powder, a protein drink powder, and a suma root supplement. The 4 supplements are supposed to be the secret ingredient to achieve the best results possible. After my workout, I made a shake that contained the Base Shake, Fuel Shot, and creatine. It didn’t taste like a milkshake from McDonalds, but it actually wasn’t that bad. I only mixed it with a little bit of iced and water and it tasted better than I expected. The nutrition guide that comes with the workout has some shake recipes in it that look delicious and that I’ll be trying through the program. I plan on taking the Suma Root pills in few hours when I eat dinner. Also, earlier this morning I had a Shakeology.

So far, I’m liking Body Beast.
