Here is a video of the CEO of Beachbody, Carl Daikeler, being a little silly while doing the new Turbo Fire workout. It is nice to Carl cut loose a little bit, and yes, this is the same Carl Daikeler that is in the Invitation To Become A Beachbody Coach video. The Turbo Fire workout looks pretty tough, Carl seemed winded after 1 minute.
