Does P90x Work For Older People?
I get asked questions all the time about Beachbody’s most popular workout P90x. One of the most common question that I am asked is, “Will it work for me, I’m old an out of shape?” The answer is definitely yes. The great thing about P90x is that is can be tailored to the individual. There are different variations of each move and exercise done in the P90x workout. So if you are a beginner, and cannot even do 1 pull up, Tony Horton shows a different way to target the same muscles with resistance bands. This way, you’ll be able to work your way up and eventually start doing pull ups.
P90x is for everyone, your everyday out of shape couch potato, to even those in tip top shape. There are professional athletes who are using P90x to help them get to the top of their game. Below is a very motivating video on Bob Michaels, a man who is 60 years old and just completed his 90 days of p90x. Bob’s results are great, if he can do it, so can you.
