How Do Beachbody Coaches Make Money?
Because I am a full time Beachbody Coach, I am always asked, how do Beachbody Coaches make money? I think the term “Coach” might confuse people. Coach can be replaced with the word “distributor”, Beachbody Coaches are actually distributors of Beachbody products. Beachbody Coaches make money by selling Beachbody products.
How Do Beachbody Coaches Make Money? – Retail Sales
Beachbody Coaches typically earn a 25% commission on any retail sale that they make. For example, Shakeology retails for $119.95, so for every Shakeology sale a Beachbody Coach makes, they will earn just under $30 in commissions. Considering that the Beachbody Coach doesn’t have to ship the product, or bill the customer, that is pretty good deal for the Coach.
A Beachbody Coach’s sales are made through the websites that Beachbody gives them when they join, this is why the Beachbody Coach doesn’t have to worry about shipping or billing, Beachbody takes care of that for them. All that a Beachbody Coach has to do to receive credit for the sale is send their customers to their website, if a sale is made, the Beachbody Coach will receive their commissions either by check or direct deposit.
I don’t want you to get the wrong idea, being a Beachbody Coach is not really a sales job, as Coaches, we don’t “sell”, we simply share and recommend to others what we are doing ourselves to get in shape, stay in shape, and live healthy and fulfilling lives. The most successful Beachbody Coaches are the ones who are a “product of the product”. Beachbody Coaches should be drinking Shakeology, and doing the workouts or at least have done some of the workouts. It is impossible to sell something with integrity without having tried it out for yourself first. I drink Shakeology on a daily basis, it tastes great, keeps me feeling full for hours, and gives me energy. This is what I tell people. I wouldn’t feel right trying to recommend it and sell it to someone if I was not drinking it myself.
So how do Beachbody Coaches make money? By simply sharing with others what they are doing themselves to be able to live a healthy and fulfilling live, and by letting others know they are more options available than just a gym membership. Many people like to workout at home, it saves times and is more affordable, Beachbody workouts are the solution for those people.
As a Beachbody Coach, you are also responsible for answering any questions that the customers have. From what I’ve experienced, the majority of customers will not have any questions. The workout videos, the programs guides that come with the workout, and the nutrition guides all do a great job of explaining everything the customer needs to know. If a customer does have a question, they can usually find the answer pretty quickly just by doing a google search.
It is also important for the Coach to reach out to the customer and let them know they are there for them to answer any questions they have to provide support and accountability to the customer if they need it.
How Do Beachbody Coaches Make Money? – Team Bonuses
Another way Beachbody Coaches earn money is through the team building process. I talked about this before in past posts so I won’t go into in in depth here, but Coaches are able to build a team of Coaches and earn bonuses on all of the volume created within their organization. There is no limit to the amount of Coaches that can be in an organization, which makes the income potential of a Beachbody Coach almost unlimited. Beachbody’s business model is called network marketing, and is something every new Coach should take time to learn about. Ultimately, the answer to, how do Beachbody Coaches make money?, is as Beachbody Coach you are a business owner, you make money by product movement though your retails sales, and the sales of your team. You get compensated for showing others that they can get healthy and fit with Beachbody products.
