Time Spent Being A Beachbody Coach

How Much Time Does Being A Beachbody Coach Require?

One question I often get asked from people who are considering becoming a Beachbody Coach is, “How much time does it take to be a Beachbody Coach?” In other words, what is the time commitment involved with being a Beachbody Coach?

The answer to this question is, it depends. “It depends” is the best answer because it really does depend on the individual and what kind of effort they want to put it. Being a Beachbody Coach means you are your own boss, it is your own business, so your are free to set your own schedule and work as much as you want. And you are never forced to do anything, or be somewhere at a certain time.

I know my “it depends” answer is kind of vague, so I will try to give a better answer speaking generally. Typically, there won’t be much for a brand new Coach to do. They have little to no customers at all to work with, it will take some time before they sponsor someone into the business, so there isn’t much to do as a brand new Coach other than spread the word about the products and your new business opportunity. As a new Beachbody Coach, a lot of time you devote towards your business should be to training. You will want to take advantage of the training Beachbody offers, and also any third party training you can get access to. Constant learning and growing is a huge part of being successful in this business.

If I had to give a specific number of the amount of hours a week that are needed for a new Coach to be successful, I would say a minimum of  4. I think a new Coach can be successful by devoting just a half hour a day to a results producing task. I want to emphasize the words, “results producing”. Browsing around on facebook doesn’t count and isn’t something that is going to produce results for you. As for what will produce results for you, well, that is something we can get into once you get sign up.

To be honest, this is a business that anyone can merge into their daily life at work, school, or anywhere they go throughout the day. If you are someone that knows a lot of people, or meets a lot of new people each day, you can simply share the Beachbody business with others when it comes up in normal everyday conversation. Health, fitness, diet, and weight loss are some of the most popular topics that come up when having a conversation with someone, especially if you have recently lost 15-20 pounds, they will want to know what you have been doing to lose the weight and look so good. What a perfect opportunity to let them know about the Beachbody workout you are doing, and when they want to know where to buy it, just send them to the website Beachbody gives you when you join as a Coach.

In conclusion, the amount of time required to be a Beachbody Coach is minimal, it really is up to the individual and how much effort they want to put in. As with anything in life, you get out what you put in, so you shouldn’t expect to get results if you are not putting in any of effort.
