A time may come when you want to change the Beachbody Coach that is assigned to you. Many Beachbody customers are randomly assigned to Beachbody Coaches, so wanting to change is becoming more and more popular as Beachbody’s customer base continues to grow and grow. Maybe your assigned Coach won’t reply to the emails or calls you’ve sent them, or maybe you see an offer from another Beachbody Coach and want to take them up on it but have to switch your Coach first. Whatever the reason may be, Beachbody allows customers to change or switch the Coaches assigned to them.
To change your Coach, all you have to do is send an email to Beachbody at Customerservice@teambeachbody.com letting them know you would like to switch Coaches. I’m pretty sure all you will need is the name of the new Coach you would like to switch to. You can also call Team Beachbody Coach Relations Department at 1-800-240-0913 and they can switch your Coach over the phone.

Please help me! I am needing to switch Coachs immediately. Nick Hussien & John Puckhead have helped me out entirely. I have tried getting in contact with my coach. He never responds to my email, texts or phone calls. I need all of the support that I can get and this isnt working with him. I have several people I need to sign up and I need to have a coach that will help me entirely! I travel to California & Texas often so meetings with Nick Hussien and/or John Puckhead would be very accessible!

Hi Rhianna, Unfortunately you are already coach so I am pretty sure that you can’t switch. The only option is to cancel, then re-sign back up but then Beachbody will make you wait 6 months if you do that and you probably don’t want to do that. My advice would be to just stick with the one you got and try to get your Beachbody business going the best you can on your own. Some of the most successful Coaches have so many people under them already it is hard to actually get any one on one time with them and they can only do so much for you anyhow. And even though I’m not your Coach, you can always come back here and ask me anything you want, good luck…
HI Rhianna, if it is true that you area already a coach then what Marcus stated above about waiting the 6-months is what you would need to do. Also in your Coach back office you will see the contact information for your next upline Diamond and Star Diamond coaches. I would contact them.
R thx for the nice comments! Yes once U become a coach U are tied into that position. I am sure that Ur assigned coach would have been able to answer all Ur questions given enough time! My best advice is to talk to several coaches before U signup to coach. Chances are if Y can get along or relate to a coach today U will get along fine in the future too. That is what I did and I am berry happy with my selection!
Folks this journey is about helping each other! Give Ur assigned coach a shot! Reach out to them to let them know Ur an active person! And by all means when Ur coach helps

I know coaches that signed up and were handed great folks on their teams! I also know of other great coaches that have never been given a coach on there team at all. The truth of the matter is that if Ur bound for success in this business either position will benefit U! If Ur assigned coach is not providing enough of the support go to Ur Diamond or Star coach! Most of the very best coaches that I know will help anybody succeed! Team member or no! We are all part of Team Beach Body!
Then let them know U mean business! Voice Ur conserns and be patient with their advice!
