Marcus Ochoa, Top Beachbody Coach Recruiter Of The Week!
I’m not the type who really likes to pat myself on the back, but I must admit I was excited to here my name announced next to some already very successful Beachbody Coaches in a recent conference call. I was recognized as a top recruiter for the week coming in 3rd place. Not bad considering there are over 30,ooo active Coaches. This is reinforcement that my work is paying off and to just stay on track and keep doing what I’m doing. Consistency is the key to building a successful Beachbody Coach business.

Well, because I have 2 legs, a left leg and a right leg, and I build each leg deep, placing each new Coach in either my far outside right, or left leg, every time I sponsor a new Coach, they fall not only under me, but also under everyone in my outside right or left leg, depending on wherever they end up getting placed. While this spill is great, I wouldn’t recommend relying on that alone. As a Coach, you will still have to sponsor people into the business to get your weak leg going, don’t expect to earn money without doing any work.
