Having a great workout partner is KEY. There are times when the motivation just isn't there for me, and my partner is not afraid to start the dvd and say, 'Fine. don't do it. sit down and get fat.' HAHAHAHAH Mental abuse but it WORKS!! gets me off my butt immediately. Feel strong, not thin.
