P90 Workout

Beachbody has several different 90 day workouts that are all great. Choosing one will depend on the individuals current fitness level. Many people get the names mixed and usually 3 different workout are lumped into one and called the P90 Workout. I’ve had many people ask me what is this P90 Workout all about. I go on to explain that there are 2 P90 Workouts.

The first P90 Workout is actually called Power 90. Power 90 is more for beginners who may not be ready for the intensity of P90x. Don’t get me wrong, Power 90 is still an intense workout that you you’ll receive great results with. The P90 workout is separated into 4 different workouts and comes with resistance bands and an easy to follow P90 Workout program guide so there is no guess work.

  • Sculpt Circuit 1-2
    Easy moves to tone and firm your body. (29 minutes)
  • Sweat Cardio 1-2
    Burn fat and shed inches. (36 minutes)
  • Sculpt Circuit 3-4
    Next level for sculpting lean muscle tone. (38 minutes)
  • Sweat Cardio 3-4
    Accelerated fat and calorie blasting. (42 minutes)

This P90 Workout is definitely a great option for those who think P90x may be too difficult. It will lay the groundwork for working your way up to P9ox.
