P90x Day 32, Yoga X

Day 32 of P90x was yoga, again. It seems like every other day is the yoga workout. It is so long, over 90 minutes, and I think that is one of the main reasons most people don’t like it. Several people that I’ve recently talked to said they skip this work entirely. I would not recommend skipping yoga. Although it is a tough and long workout, it is also a very important part of your overall improvement. Strength and flexibility are the main things that will be improved because of yoga.
