I just completed day 34 of my P90x workout. The workout for today is supposed to be kenpo x. I have written before about how I replace the kenpo x workout with my muay thai kick boxing class. This wasn’t the case today. Day 34 fell on a Monday and I usually go to my jiu-jitsu class on Mondays. So instead of doing the kenpo workout I jumped ahead a little bit to the core synergistics workout which would of actually fell on day 36.

So on day 34 I did the core synergistics  workout and also attended my jiu-jitsu class. I think up until this point I was right on track with the P90x schedule, but from here on out I’m going to be a few days ahead. My core synergistics workout on day 34 was good, I like this workout. The workout combines a wide variety of all kinds of exercises. Variations of push ups, sit ups, lunges, and plyometric moves keep this workout interesting and me working hard.
