Muay Thai Kick BoxerToday was day 35 of my P90x workout. The workout scheduled for today was Cardio X. I decided that because it was such a nice day out I was going to go for a bike ride instead of doing the cardio X workout. It was unseasonably warm, in the 60′s, so I figured I better get out there and enjoy it. I found a paved trail near my house that I did not even know was there. Round trip I probably rode about 10 miles, I even stopped a few times at the playgrounds I passed and did some pull ups.

Later on in the evening I went to my muay thai kickboxing class where I worked up another good sweat. These classes can be very exhausting. My Muay Thai instructor is a former champion in Thailand, check out one of his fights here, he is in the blue shorts. So I think I did good today with everything I did. It is ok to sometimes create your own variation of the P90x schedule to suit your needs.
