Muay Thai Kickboxing

Today was day 39 of my P90x workout. The workout for today was Kenpo X. Kenpo x is basically a cardio workout that involves a series of punches and kicks. I’ve written before about how I don’t like this workout very much and usually substitute it with my Muay Thai kick boxing class. Day 39 fell on a Saturday for me so I substituted Kenpo with my jiu-jistu class. The jiu-jitsu class is also pretty tough and gives me a good workout so I really don’t feel guilty for skipping Kenpo. The Kenpo is a good workout, but since I’m already Muay Thai training I figure is ok for me to skip those. It is hard to find time to train in martial arts and still do a separate workout, especially a program as time consuming as P90x.
