Yesterday was day 42 of my P90x workout and the workout I did was plyometrics. It had been 3 weeks since I’ve done this workout because I mis-read the P90x schedule. I somehow looked at the lean P90x schedule and was doing that for weeks 5 and 6. I should have been doing plyometrics  along. Plyometrics is a tough and tiring workout. By the end I was pouring in sweat and I normally don’t sweat that much during my workouts. I think the reason I don’t sweat that much is because my basement is freezing and I usually start the workout with a hooded sweatshirt on. Anyhow, I was definitely sweating during plyometrics and my shirt was soaked all the way through. I think I might have to extend this phase of the workout since I messed up by going on the lean schedule. Maybe instead of doing a three week phase I will do a four week phase before the recovery week. The classic workouts are a lot tougher and more intense than the lean P90x workouts.
