Today was day 43 of my P90x workout. The workout for today was back and biceps followed by ab ripper X. This was the first time I did this workout I am a upset that I have been missing it. I’ve written in earlier posts that I was looking at the wrong schedule for a few weeks and doing the P90x lean schedule. The back and biceps workout is not in the lean schedule, at least not for weeks 5-7 so that is why I was missing it. The back and biceps workout is basically a workout made up of pull ups and curls. I did a wide variety of different types of curls and pulls and by the end my arms were exhausted. I wonder if my biceps are going to be sore tomorrow. Is it even possible for biceps to be sore? I don’t think mine have ever been. Anyhow, I like this workout, my forearms and biceps are still throbbing even as I write this.

After the back and bicep workout was ab ripper x. I don’t have much to say about ab ripper x that i haven’t already said in earlier posts. It’s tough, but I’m getting better :)
