Life can throw some tough challenges. Martha survives a traumatic experience when she was victimized in college. Martha became pregnant as a result from a date rape. Martha’s baby was born 10 weeks early, which resulted in Martha having to be put on bed rest, this is where she gained a lot of weight. Though she gained weight, she found the strength to feel good again. With the help of Beachbody’s Turbo Jam, Martha was eventually able to lose the extra weight and feel good about herself again. She also won $1000 from Beachbody’s Million Dollar Body game.
