P90x And Insanity Workout Sheets

Need New P90x or Insanity Workout Sheets?

P90x Workout SheetsKeeping track of your progress is a big part of any workout program, especially P90x and Insanity. By keeping track of the amount of weight you used, and the number of reps you’ve completed with good form, you will be able to track your progress and this will also be able to make a note on if you need to use lighter or heavier weight next time you do the workout. Also remember that I said keep track of the number of reps you completed with good form, it doesn’t matter how much weight you lift or how many times, if your form is bad you are wasting your time and also risking injury.

I came across an awesome podcast that is done by fellow Beachbody Coach Michael Jones. Michael’s podcast is an Insanity and P90x review. Michael does the workouts and talks about his experiences. He goes in depth and talks specifics on each of the workouts, how difficult or easy they were, how many reps he was able to, and everything else related his workouts. It is a very good podcast for anyone who uses P90x or Insanity, or is thinking about trying one of the workouts out.

Insanity Workout Before And After Picture

Insanity Workout Results

This is Lloyd’s 60 day Insanity workout results video and before and after pictures. Lloyd, 28, was in the Army for 10 years. Doing physical training everyday, Lloyd thought he was in pretty good shape. But after being out of the Army for only a short period of time, Lloyd gained 25 pounds. This is when Lloyd decided to make a change with the Insanity 60 day workout. As you can see from his before and after pictures, he had great results.

The secret to these mind-blowing results: MAX Interval Training. Shaun T took traditional interval training and flipped it on its head—you perform long bursts of maximum-intensity exercises with short periods of rest. Each workout keeps you constantly challenged as you alternate between aerobic and anaerobic intervals performed at your MAX. The results: burn up to 1,000 calories an hour and get the most insane body in only 60 days.

This is Chris’s Insanity results and review video. Though he was a serious athlete, running in marathons and triathlons, Chris wasn’t prepared for the results he was going to get from the Insanity workout. After 60 days, Chris knows a new level of fitness and in his 40’s, is in the best shape of his life.

Shaun T, creator of Beachbody’s intense workout program, Insanity, and the dance based workouts, Hip Hop Abs, recently appeared on the 700 Club TV show to promote his workout programs. Shaun T, the show’s host, and her neighbor, got in a short workout and demonstrated some of the exercise moves in his workout programs, which both have been getting great reviews and providing people with great results.

More on Shaun T:

Shaun T always had a love for dance. He first started making that love of dance into his career when he attended Rowan University were he majored in sports science and also minored in dance/theater. The thing about Shaun T is that he actually used his love of dance to personally lose 50 pounds, which later helped him design his popular workout program Hip Hop Abs. After graduating from college, Shaun T decided to make his way from New Jersey out to Los Angeles.

Shaun T found success out in Los Angeles doing what he loved:dance. He choreographed and danced for singers such as Mariah Carey and Nick Carter and also starred in musicals such as Pippin and The Ten Commandments. He also worked with companies like Nike, Marc Jacobs and the Los Angeles Lakers.

He has choreographed quite a few events in his life, even though he is still young. He has choreographed the NCAA final 2 halftime show, Aaron and Nick Carter’s music tour, the movie Bring it On: All or Nothing, and also was involved with collaborating with Kathy Smith on her fitness program Project You Type Two.

Shaun T On The Tyra Banks ShowShaun T is becoming a regular on talk shows. Shaun T has been on the Ellen Degeneres show, the Dr. Oz. show, and is now scheduled to appear on the Tyra Banks show tomorrow, Tuesday, February 23. A portion of the show is going to be on intense workouts and I have a feeling Shaun T is going to be promoting his popular workout DVD fitness program, Insanity.

To be honest, I usually don’t watch the Tyra Show, but I’ll be tuning in tomorrow to see how it goes and what Shaun T has to say.

I’ll update this post tomorrow on how it goes.

So I just watched Shaun T on the Tyra Banks show. Just as I had figured, Shaun T was promoting his workout program Insanity. Shaun T showed the audience some of his Insanity workout moves and at one point Tyra was down on the ground doing push ups, in 6 inch heels. Overall it was a good appearance for Shaun T, everyone in the audience was given the Insanity workout program as gift.
