What If P90x Is Too Hard?
A common question people are asking is, what if P90x is too hard for me? This is a valid question, P90x is definitely a tough workout. P90x can be customized to the individual’s fitness level. Most of the moves and exercises have a beginning, intermediate, and advanced technique. There are also different levels of resistance bands for you to chose from. With the resistance bands you could start low and work your way up.
Although P90x can be customized, it still may be too intense for some people. If this is the case a better option may be starting out with the Power 90, or P90 workout.
