Buddy Does The Downward Dog Yoga Pose

Recently while doing the P90x Yoga x workout I noticed my dog Buddy watching me. Not long after he was joining right in. In the photo to the right I was able to get a picture of him performing a perfect downward dog yoga pose. I guess he figured that if the pose was name after his species he should be able to do it correctly. Great job Buddy! Now lets see how he does with the balance postures…

Me Doing A Tough P90x Yoga Pose

Today is day 44 of my P90x workout. The workout for today was yoga x. I think I’ve hit a plateau with this workout. The very first time I did it I remember it being super hard. I got a little bit better each time I did it over the past few weeks but today seemed just as tough as it was a few weeks ago. This is a tough workout but I like it. I can tell that it is helping with my flexibility and is even improving my performance in my jiu-jitsu classes. I feel kind of funny about posting this picture of myself doing yoga on here, I know for sure my friends are going to make fun of me. Here I am doing one of the more difficult yoga poses of the P90x workout. In the picture you can see the Nintendo Wii box that I use as a Yoga block.
