I put quotations around it because it is probably somebody’s quote, I’m just not sure whose.
It has been proven that certain video games can actually make you smarter, or at least make your brain work more efficient. The Mind Research Network in New Mexico found that playing the classic video game Tetris for 30 minutes a leads to greater brain efficiency. Sometimes we get too focused on the physical aspect of working out and forget about the mental part.
