One of Beachbody’s newest workout programs, TurboFire with Chalene Johnson, has been out a for a few months now and it has been receiving great reviews.  TurboFire will burn 9 times the fat from “other” in home workout programs and has incorporated the best music to keep you motivated and pumped. The Turbo Fire workout program is said to burn between 600 and 1000 calories a workout.
