Another name added to the list of celebrities and professional athletes doing P90x. Chelsie Hightower, from Dancing With The Stars.
If you’ve seen the hit show, Dancing With The Stars, you’ve probably noticed what great shape the professional dancers are always in. One of those dancers, Chelsie Hightower, recently credited P90x as one of the workouts she does to stay in shape in a interview with Fitness magazine.
This is what Chelsie had to say on what keeps her fit:
“I like to mix things up by taking jazz, ballet and contemporary dance classes that are an hour and a half each. I also do the P90X Ab Ripper X DVD. Plus, I walk uphill near my home in Beverly Hills, stopping to do some lunges and push-ups to keep my heart rate up.”
P90x’s Ab Ripper X workout is a 15 minute workout that focuses on the ab and core. It is made up of about 12 different exercises that can be done without any weights or special equipment. I’ve done Ab Ripper X myself and seen great strength gains in my stomach and core.
From the looks Chelsie’s body, whatever she is doing is definitely working. I normally don’t watch Dancing With The Stars, but after getting a look at Chelsie, I think I’m in love and they just got one more viewer. 🙂
