Chilli from TLC recently tweeted about her P90x and Brazil Butt Lift workouts. Another name to add to the list of celebrities and professional athletes that do P90x and other Beachbody workouts. These workouts have become so popular that I kind of feel that I’m beating a dead horse whenever I write about a new celebrity that mentions a Beachbody workout.
The fact of the matter is, Beachbody creates great workouts that get results. These aren’t secret, or overnight magic programs that get claim to get you to “drop 20 pounds in 2 days” or anything crazy like that. No such program (that actually works) can produce those kind of results. Beachbody’s workouts are based on hard work and proper nutrition, which is why they work.
If P90x is good enough for celebrities and professional athletes, people who can afford to workout with expensive trainers and fancy equipment everyday if they wanted to, that says a lot. Also keep in mind that Beachbody does not pay these celebrities to talk about their workouts, they talk about them because they truly love them. They are hard workouts, but they get results.
