Here is a review of Day 9 of the Ultimate Reset:

Meals:

Breakfast – Blueberries (1 cup), Navel Orange (7 segments), Grapes (1 cup)

Considering I love fruit, I loved this breakfast once again!!! One thing I will take away from the Reset after the twenty-one days is the idea of eating fruit most mornings for breakfast. Before this Reset started, I hardly ever ate breakfast. I usually woke up and didn’t feel like making breakfast and/or really didn’t even feel like eating anything. I slowly see that changing over the past 10 days.

Lunch – Sweet Potato and Roasted Red Pepper Bisque, Greek Salad, Greek Dressing

I liked the Greek salad, but could do without the olives.

Dinner – Quinoa Lentil Pilaf, Steamed Broccoli (1 to 2 cups)

Beachbody Ultimate Reset ReviewThe Quinoa Lentil Pilaf was an interesting mix. I really like Quinoa, but am not a big fan of Lentils. Mixed together, this meal was a little above average taste wise. Cooking wise though, it took a decent amount of time to make, therefore, this is a meal that I’ll probably bypass once the Reset is over.

Thoughts after Day 10 of the Reset:

1) I no longer wince at the taste of the Alkalinize and/or the Detox. Yes, neither tastes good, but they’re both bearable and can be taken in such a little amount of water that they go down in no time.

2) Week 2 definitely lives up to its name (“REALEASE”)…lol…before you get scared to start week 2, it’s not that bad…I am using the facilities more often than usual though.

3) I’m almost halfway through the Reset!!! It feels good to have made it through 10 of the 21 days so far and I’m seeing and feeling positive results!!! I won’t lie and say it’s been easy, but I definitely see the value in this Reset. That being said, I’m definitely eager to start INSANITY and get on a more realistic meal plan.
