Like most new mothers, Hillary found it hard to find time for the gym once she had kids. Before her kids were born, Hillary would spend 2 hours hours a day, 6 days a week, at the gym lifting weights and running on the treadmill. Without the time needed to make it to the gym, Hillary blew up to 220 pounds and that is when she decided that she had to do something to get back in shape if she wanted to be able to keep up with her kids.
